RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to consumer purchases from WINDpaddling, operated by Paddleboard Sails s.r.o.

14-DAY RETURNS

We offer consumers worldwide the option to cancel their purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving their goods.

Email info@windpaddling.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please include your name and order number to help us identify your order. Prior approval is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Send the goods back to the return address above within 14 days after notifying us.

RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind returns, the customer arranges and pays the direct cost of return shipping to the Czech Republic. This also applies to customers in the USA and other countries outside the EU.

Return shipping is not included in the original delivery charge. International return shipping can be expensive; you can obtain a quote from your carrier before ordering. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of dispatch.

For returns from outside the EU, please identify the shipment accurately as returned goods and contact us for customs instructions.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

You may inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this inspection.

Please return all components and accessories, securely packed, preferably in the original packaging. Original packaging is not a condition of your statutory right to withdraw.

REFUNDS

We will refund payments received for the cancelled purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will use the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed, without a refund fee. Any deduction for diminished value will be explained. We do not charge a restocking fee.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact info@windpaddling.com. Photos and your order number will help us resolve the issue. The change-of-mind return shipping rule does not apply to valid defect claims; we cover necessary return costs where required by law.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
